Meet Our Team
Ashley
Hi, I’m Ashley, I’m the founder of Ashley&co and my passion is to create a friendly, calming and happy environment for my girls to come to work in and for our clients to put their feet up and relax while being pampered by my amazing team.
I’ve been in the hair industry since 2013 and have come a long way since starting out as an apprentice in a busy local salon.
I took a year out from working in 2017 to travel around Australia, Thailand and Bali and opened my first salon a year after my return. I then went on to open Ashley & co 18 months later just before the 2nd lock down!
I love doing mostly all hair but my favourite thing to do is anything blonde! I love the natural root, low maintenance look and I get such a joy out of making people feel and look amazing! I tend to do a happy dance when I’m loving your hair!
What I don’t like doing is pixie cuts so Chloe’s your girl for that! When I’m not at work you’ll find me running around after my beautiful little girl Olive who’s probably got dog food or some bug she found off the wall in her mouth #mumlife

Ocean
I’m Ocean, I’ve been in the hair industry for over 12 years, and I’ve truly fallen in love with creating beautiful blonde hair. From soft buttery tones to bright cool ice blondes, I love bringing each client’s dream hair to life.
I’m passionate about keeping hair healthy and shiny. I love what I do, and I’m always learning and staying inspired by new techniques and trends.
Stepping into my new role as salon manager has been such an exciting chapter. I’m so lucky to be apart of an amazing team of talented stylists!
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me travelling and exploring new places, curled up with a good book, enjoying a great coffee, and spending quality time with my fiancé & dog Roxy🫶
Chloe
Hi I’m Chloe (the one on the left), I’ve been in the salon industry since 2013 from training to qualifying, to gaining certificates in colour knowledge, specialised cutting classes and hair extensions on the way!
I took a year out to work on the beach, jet skiing and playing with doggies but missed the salon life! Being a Friday the 13th baby I love anything quirky as you’ll notice in my tattoos, give me pixie cuts and short choppy bobs any day! But don’t be fooled, I’m an extension gal at heart, whether that’s on myself or my lovely clients, seeing the change and confidence it can give someone is the best feeling!
Eloise
Hi, I’m Eloise. I’m a stylist who loves to make my clients look and feel their absolute best. After 4 years of working at an employed salon I decided to take the leap to become self employed which has been a dream come true! It’s a big step but it feels so right. It’s a chance to grow, create and keep doing what I love best.
I love doing all things creative and colourful when it comes to colour. But I also love blonding, doing bright blondes and balayages. I also enjoy styling and blow dry and hair ups too. Something I’m really wanting to expand on is hair ups and doing more wedding hair and party’s.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll probably find me at a musical or concert, or spending time with my boyfriend, family, and friends.
Can’t wait to welcome you into this beautiful and modern new space and keep creating the blondes, balayages and creative colours you love.
I’m so grateful for all the support that’s brought me here and I’m so excited to finally share this new chapter with all of you – see you in my new salon home Ashley & Co!
A Few Fun Facts About Me 🫶
🇮🇹 My family’s Italian — we visit Assisi often, and it’s my idea of heaven: too much food, family, and long walks.
🎭 I’ve seen countless musicals and concerts (and I still have lots more booked!). I’ve seen JLS 6 times now.

Above is Lola; the staff and client welfare manager of Ashley&co.
Lola has been onboard since 2019 and her skillset has been invaluable in ensuring the wellbeing of both the team and clients is prioritised.
Lola has continuously demonstrated her dedication to the role through providing cuddles and tail wags as part of her day to day duties.
